Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days — we'll notify you via email if there's a significant delay.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your confirmation.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Calyx is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damaged or Lost Packages
Calyx is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly at calyxify@calyxify.com to file a claim.
